Jason Corley
Mr. Jason M. Corley, has distinguished himself in a leadership role with acumen, skill and defined purpose.

Jason was born and raised in Long Branch, New Jersey.  He is the only child of MacArthur and Bernice Corley.  Jason is the father of three impeccable sons; Jason Jr., Jalen and Joseph Corley.  Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration from Kean University.  Determinedly, Jason went on to earn two Master degrees’ in the field of education, the first, Teaching Education, the second Educational Leadership.  Jason’s focus always remained on a core belief, that his purpose was to inspire youth and help uplift the community in which he was born and raised.

As an active member of his community, Jason takes his civic responsibilities very seriously.  As such he is an active member of multiple professional organizations that allow Jason to give his time to the community to which he is deeply committed too.  Most notable of the professional organizations, Long Branch NAACP, Long Branch Men’s Club, Long Branch Elks, Long Branch Mayor’s Transition team, Long Branch Boys and Girls club advisory board and the Fidelity Lodge #42, F&AM-PHA.

In 2010, Jason was named Long Branch Public School District’s first African-American Athletic Administrator.  Jason’s dedication to giving back and working at his alumna has been recognized by many prestigious community, conference, state and national organizations.  To name a few, Jason was named Athletic Director of the Year by Jersey Sporting News,  Featured in the 2018 April/May edition of the Athletic Management Magazine, Awarded the Professional Service Award by the NAACP, Awarded the Community Service Award from the Latino Association and countless other awards.

Jason cites inspiring the youth as his inspiration, his parents as his role model and his children as daily motivation. Back Button
